Library Welcomes New Interim Program Manager

The Fishers Island Library is excited to introduce Tracy Pisano as our Interim Program Manager.

Tracy Pisano fell in love with the views, community, and people of Fishers Island when she first visited over two years ago. She has since made Fishers Island her home as a full-time resident.

Tracy has been an educator since 2006 when she began her career on Long Island. She then spent the next 17 years in an inner-city setting in New York City. Currently, Tracy is teaching in New London. She is also a personal trainer with a passion for health and fitness, and can often be found at the Community Center’s gym. As an English Language Arts and Reading teacher, libraries have always felt like home to Tracy. She loves watching people find “their book” and seeing children fall in love with the magic of reading. With her years of experience as an educator and her love for the Island, Tracy will energize our Library with engaging and diverse programs for children and adults in the months ahead.
