Join us at the Fishers Island Library Tuesday, August 5 @ 5:30pm for “Reflections from a 25-year career in the restaurant business” with Chef Geoff Tracy.

Geoff Tracy, of Washington DC, graduated from Georgetown University in 199 5 with a degree in theology. He then went on to graduate first in his class at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.

Geoff opened the original Chef Geoff’s restaurant in 2000. The restaurant group serves hundreds of thousands of guests every year and employs more than 250 amazing people.
